Welcome to India Pakistan Friendship Club

RUK JAAYENGE NEHI KAHI HUM HAAR KE…KAL YEH JAHA BADLAYENGE HUM…YEH WAADA RAHA HUMARA!

It's been long since our immoral politicians, generals and religious bigots, have cheated us. Lets make a new beginning with new friends...let's get over our pre-conceived notions and convictions and write a new chapter in the history of Indo-Pak relations.

Why shouldn't we be friends? Lahore is nearer to Delhi than Washington or London. We look alike, we have similar cultures, and we speak the same language. We have been united in our struggle for freedom. But somewhere we got misguided misled and we became prey to the machinations of an outsider.

Another Attack on Our Liberty
November 26, 2008, the day we Indians will never forget. It shook us as nation and ripped open the venerability against forces that have challenged our sovereignty as nation and our freedom as individuals. Outrage, anger, disgust and a sort of awakening followed. We became paralyzed and horrified for unending hours of terror attack on Mumbai with underequipped police who bravely fought to get back Mumbai. The lethargic bureaucratic and political system was exposed and the leadership appeared most impotent for the first time in history of independent India. It was the ultimate failure of a weak leadership. The eventual failure was in making since the government of India was unable to take tough action in after of the Parliament attack to fight terrorism. The NSG commandos, army men, MARCOs, and policemen brought us some dignity when they took it on themselves to finish the messengers of hate. Similarly, firefighters and many responsible citizens helped others and saved lives of many and showed us that humanity and free will win in times of total despair.

Since then, he lives in the Sylom Orphanage. He is 12 years old now and is an excellent student who also has great painting and singing talent. The events in Mumbai and the subsequent exchange of allegations do not bode well for the future of relations between India and Pakistan. India has pointed its finger at elements within Pakistan for masterminding the events in Mumbai. The Pakistani government has tried to prove its innocence by pointing out that these elements are non-state actors and the government has nothing to do with them.
